What/who do you turn to when in need? When down? When lost? When trying to just get through everyday life? Have you suffered trauma? Do you have someone to talk to who understands the devastating feeling you are left with after trauma? Do you just not want to burden your loved ones. Can't relate to the therapist because they've not endured suffering? Well, I have. Through my traumas, I learned how to heal on my own and I incorporated my personal experiences with the gifts I was born with.
