A human being, life explorer, adventure catcher, memories collector. PTSD survivor, dedicated to self improvement, excited about life - every day! My background is in Public Relations and I take this as a personal project that genuinely aims at getting people interested in breath work, meditation, cold water exposure and self improvement. Even if one of you will get out from depression through those methods, that will be my personal success. Someone very important helped me to deal with my PTSD and to get me out from suicidal phase and heal. I was given another life- now I am trying to spread awareness all possible ways! Funding from this page is to support my mission and once I get any it will be used towards this very goal. I am also hoping to have some fun during the process, therefore a lot of my breath works and cold water exposures I am filming without any clothes on.☺️
